By downloading or using Vaultly Budget, Vaultly Wealth, or any other application published by AppStruct BV ("AppStruct", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our applications.

These Terms apply to all users of the Vaultly suite, including free and paid subscribers. You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Vaultly Budget is a personal budgeting and spending tracker application. Vaultly Wealth is a net worth and asset management tracker. Together they form the Vaultly Suite.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications for personal, non-commercial financial management purposes, subject to these Terms and any applicable app store policies.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice.

Our applications do not require you to create an account or share personal data to function. Subscription billing is handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your platform.

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis at the rate displayed in the app store at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

No refunds are provided by AppStruct for partial billing periods. Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.

You agree not to:

• Use our applications for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our applications
• Share, resell, or sublicense access to our applications
• Use automated tools or bots to access our services without authorization
• Upload viruses, malware, or any other harmful code

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your license to use our applications.

Your financial data belongs to you. Vaultly applications are designed to store all data locally on your device. We do not collect, access, transmit, or store your financial information on external servers.

AppStruct may collect minimal technical data necessary for app functionality, such as crash logs and anonymous usage statistics. This data is used solely for improving application quality and is never sold to or shared with third parties.

All content, features, design, code, trademarks, and brand elements of Vaultly Budget, Vaultly Wealth, and this website are the exclusive property of AppStruct BV and are protected by Belgian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not use our trademarks, trade names, or branding without our prior written consent.

You may stop using our applications at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the applications ceases immediately. Subscription billing continues until cancelled through your app store.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable law, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify users through the application.

Continued use of our applications after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp, Belgium.
